Horizon VPN is a VPN service built on the VLESS + Reality protocol, with nodes in multiple countries. The Service encrypts user traffic and routes it through the chosen node.

- Not using the Service for activities that violate the laws of the user's country or of the server's country.
- Not using the Service to send spam, launch DDoS attacks, break into third-party systems, distribute malware or engage in any other illegal activity.
- Complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding VPN use.
4. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Horizon is not liable for the consequences of user actions taken through the Service, nor for temporary disruptions caused by third parties, network operators, datacenters or government authorities.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the client software, the "Horizon VPN" trademark, the logo and related materials belong to [LEGAL_ENTITY].
6. Changes to the terms
The company may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page. Material changes will additionally be announced by e-mail.
