What we collect, what we do NOT collect, and why we keep a technical minimum.

The gist
We don't store your connection history, visited sites or DNS queries. Client configurations stay on your device.
What we do NOT collect
- Connection history: time, duration, traffic volume tied to a user.
- Visited domains or URLs.
- DNS queries.
- Client source IP addresses after a connection is established (they are used for routing only and not logged).
- The contents of your traffic — encrypted with TLS 1.3 and opaque even to our administrators.
What we DO collect (minimum necessary)
- Email — for dashboard access, account recovery and support replies.
- Subscription ID and its status — to keep billing correct.
- Aggregated server metrics (CPU load, total traffic per node) — with no per-user attribution.
- Incident diagnostics — short error logs, kept no longer than needed to investigate the incident and purged automatically afterwards.
Where your connection config lives
Your VLESS profile and UUID key live in your account (server-side) so you can fetch them on a new device. In client apps, the configuration is stored locally and is not synchronised without your explicit action.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share data with third parties commercially. Lawful requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Payment data
Card and wallet details are processed by the payment provider and never reach us. We only receive the success signal and a transaction ID.
Cookies and analytics
The Horizon website does not use ad trackers. Technical cookies are used only to remember language choice and UI state.
Your rights
You may request account deletion (and deletion of all associated data) at any time by writing to legal.horizon.v@gmail.com.
