Refund policy
If the service isn't a fit, we'll refund you — no awkward questions. Here's how it works.

1. How to request a refund
Write to legal.horizon.v@gmail.com from the e-mail your subscription is registered under, include the payment ID and briefly describe the situation. We normally reply and process the transfer within five business days; the actual posting on your card depends on the issuing bank.
2. When a refund is possible
We try to refund every time the service didn't work for you for technical or other objective reasons. Every case is reviewed individually when you reach out to support, and the terms are agreed with you directly.
3. What is not refundable
- Subscriptions renewed after a previous refund was already issued for the earlier cycle.
- Payment-system fees where local law doesn't require a refund.
4. Refund currency
Refunds are issued via the same method and in the same currency as the original payment.
