About

Horizon VPN

We're building a VPN we actually use ourselves every day. Easy to set up, honest about what it does, and still working where most others have given up.

Mission

Free access to information is a basic right, not a "platinum tier" add-on. Our goal is to ship a tool that simply works: without hoovering up user data and without expecting technical knowledge from the person using it.

What we stand by

  • Privacy by default. Minimal user data. If a technical log is needed for the service to run, retention is the shortest possible — described in the privacy policy.
  • Honest claims. We don't advertise "military-grade encryption" or draw "5,000+ servers" on a map. Our infrastructure is small but honest: we actually operate the servers we list.
  • Open stack. VLESS, Xray and Reality are open-source protocols and implementations. We use proven tools rather than "our own unique cipher".

Why VLESS + Reality

Classical OpenVPN and WireGuard lose to modern DPI: their traffic has characteristic signatures. VLESS with Reality disguises the connection as ordinary HTTPS to a major website — it works even in highly restrictive networks. Details in the docs.
